Psalm 19 says, “The heavens DECLARE the glory of God; the sky PROCLAIMS the work of his hands…day after day they pour forth speech…there is no speech or language where their voice is not heard...” Visual language is universal; it crosses every barrier. We already speak this language – every human does – but we can become more fluent.
Through creative journaling you can: Connect with God, yourself, and others Hear God more clearly and know Him more intimately Become child-like, such as those that will enter the Kingdom of God Receive an increased flow of visions and dreams
Creative journaling – the process of opening up to different media to express as much as possible on a journal page – is one way to grow more fluent in the visual language. And it is a way to know God more intimately How can we get lost in or deeply intimate with our Creator if we are unwilling to get more creative in our interaction with Him? The more media God has to choose from to talk with us, the more of His joy to share with us.
